seems like its not a h811 or try uppercut LGUP. why not open it and see the actual motherboard and see wich variant you really have. I would hate to think that it was a $100 wasted. The issue here is I am new to LG and have no idea if files are corrupt, if hardware was screwed, or what the situation is. If I were using Samsung, I don't think I would have this problem because I have unbricked several Samsung devices.
#Octopus lg v10 software#
I did find a thread from last month with a very similar issue a moment ago,, and perhaps I should post in that thread, but my issue is that LG Bridge gives me an error stating it can't detect the software version. I have searched the forums up and down and have googled the crap out of this. I also tried LG FlashTool to see if that would work but it crashes about 26% into the it. It says unknown model but shows the com port, h81120i on the right hand side. Unfortunately, LGUP doesn't recognize the phone. I installed a sensor test app and it doesn't detect any of the sensors.Īfter that, I downloaded LGUP and the stock KDZ file to flash back to phone hoping to fix it. The accelerometer, speakers, microphone, flashlight, etc are dead. After checking more stuff on the device, nothing seems to work - i.e. About a minute after booting up, the phone got the error Camera stopped working. No big deal unlocking bootloader or installing TWRP. The G4 did great until I decided to flash it. Unique Soft Brick? Any ideas? I purchased the H811 off ebay last week because I am finally sick of my old Note 5 with no service at home. Once you confirm the model of your phone and I find myself developing a tutorial to load the kdz but only if the version is equal to or higher than the one they currently have downgrading kills LG phones with antirollback I opened the phone and I was right, now i am going to load the correct software and tell you. It seems that one of the users (another threath LG H900 5.1 > 6.0 problem) is right and I upload software h900 6.0 via KDZ via TOT even via octopus and nothing, even the same error is possible that the main card is not h900 but another variant?, He says he solved the problem by loading vs900 software because the main card was not h900 but refurbished vs900. Tried flashing the rooted h900 TOT it fails stating this is a downgrade and its not possible :'( I also tried the REFURBISH option via LGUP with no luck can't downgrade, Installed h90021w_00_0921 via LGUP, and now can't downgradeĬount me in, thats exactly what happened to me And if that works, let us know pleaseĮxactly the same problem with my phone. Like what the other guy said, try flashing new kdz. You can flash the latest kdz via LG UP available in other thread. does anyone can help please? the device is un rotted btw bte i did a hard reset but it didn't help.
